I think you have the product number wrong, the water cakes are PFX5436 numbers on my product list, not PFS.

Thanks. Number was not wrong. Found it on the site you supplied the link to.
Turns out it is not really a "water" cake. Don't know why they called it that.
It is a 3" x 8" tube that that just flares up. ?????

Somebody's typo, probably in the Chinese factory. Dominator's online list says "PFS047-3 Pro1.4G 4Sec Silver Fountain With Red Pistil" but when you look at the image of the device, although it's clearly a gerb, the label on it says "Water cake".
